We are pet-friendly at Staples Mill. We allow up to 2 pets in the home. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second. The monthly pet rent is $35/month for one pet and $50/month for two pets. All pets must be approved by management; PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications.
