Awesome location... beautiful property... love it here!

Very helpful and friendly staff!

I am strongly recommend Staples Mill Townhouse Community for future tenants. I am living in this community for more than 7 years and witnessed the significant management improvement then PRG company hired Brandi.As a manager she have a superior people skills and got amazing management team and team for maintenance for property. Cody maintenance manager, Thomas, Damien, Dannie, Ceci, Brandon working hard to maintain the property in regular basis and in case of emergency,in case if something brakes .I also want to mention lady Emini who is painter, even she is not in this team.If you on the lease and you put maintenance order online or by phone. The maintenance will contact to you immediately on in the few days depends on priority you put in your order. All the people very skillful, professional and very polite respectful and friendly it is very pleasant to live in this community and interact with this professional people and see them working very hard everyday to make this community a very nice a beautiful place to live.

Great management team!!! ?? Brandi, Octavia, Meaghan and Jessica have exceptional customer service skills.They very helpful to navigate the burocratical leasing process and very patient to understand what the client needs.

I lived here for over a year, and loved the convenience to the highways and all the nearby restaurants/shopping. You get a tremendous value for what you pay for, and the team was always very accommodating. I even recommended a few others to live here, and they love it there so far too!!

I moved here from New York in November 2013. I'm getting twice the apartment for half the rent! The grounds are well kept and attractive, and I love that we now have a reserved parking spot. It's pretty quiet here, too. Everyone on staff is professional, courteous, and responsive. The maintenance crew is outstanding; if a repair can not be completed immediately for any reason, they will find a temporary solution until a complete fix can happen. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside the development and interstates close by. It's easy to get to stores. malls, restaurants, and theaters. I love the pool, but, since the how weather extends well beyond the Memorial Day to Labor Day official season, I wish the pool could be open according to the weather instead of just the calendar.

I grew up at this complex 35 years ago. I loved the design of the neighborhood. The floor plans were much simpler back then but I certainly like what the owners have done to update the property while maintaining it's charm. Those complaining about a lack of amenities should also point out that besides laundry facilities, the playground, tennis court and swimming pool offer relaxing options for residents. I am sure other things like a gym are easily within driving range of Staples Mill. If I ever move back to the Richmond area, Staples Mill Townhomes will be on my short list of possible residences.
